Richard E. Bornhoft, Chairman of the Executive Committee, The Frontier Fund and Chief Investment Officer, Equinox Fund Management, LLC
Richard has almost 30 years of experience as an investment manager specializing in the creation, evaluation, and risk monitoring of managed futures investment portfolios for institutional and individual investors. A pioneer in the managed futures industry, he founded The Bornhoft Group in 1985. At The Bornhoft Group, he created the first multi-manager futures fund for investment by large institutions and pension plans. Over the course of his career, he has designed and monitored managed futures portfolios for approximately 20 pension plans, corporations and banking institutions throughout the world. Thus far in his career, he has allocated more than $1.9 billion in assets.
Richard has served on numerous arbitration boards and committees of regulatory and industry organizations. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and symposiums on alternative investments. He has written a number of articles in leading financial publications and is a contributing author to The Handbook of Managed Futures—Performance, Evaluation and Analysis and Searching for Alpha—The Quest for Exceptional Investment Performance. Richard was a founding partner of Morningstar Hedge, Inc.

Ajay Dravid, Member of the Executive Committee, Equinox Fund Management, LLC, Sponsor of The Frontier Fund and MutualHedge
Dr. Ajay Dravid has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and academia. He is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Fox School of Business, Temple University, and has also taught MBA and Executive MBA courses at Columbia University, NYU, and Villanova University. He is a member of the Advisory Board of Bridgehampton Capital Management, a hedge fund company. From 2004 through 2006, Ajay was President of Saranac Capital Management, a separate entity spun-out from Citigroup Alternative Investments to manage more than $3 billion in hedge fund assets. From 1993 to 2004, he helped to build and manage the hedge fund businesses and platforms at Salomon Brothers Asset Management (and its successors, Citigroup Asset Management and Citigroup Alternative Investments). He was involved in the structuring and marketing of funds, portfolio management, quantitative analysis, risk management, and client service. Between 1988 and 1993, Ajay was an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Wharton School. Prior to 1988, he worked as a Financial Analyst and Management Accountant for several large manufacturing corporations in India and Dubai. Ajay holds an MA in Physics from SUNY at Stony Brook, an MBA from the University of Rochester, and a PhD in Business from Stanford University.

Robert J. Enck, President and Chief Executive Officer, Equinox Fund Management, LLC, Sponsor of The Frontier Fund and MutualHedge
Bob Enck has substantial senior-level management and business development experience. His career includes extended tenures with large, established companies, such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, and fast-growing, venture-funded organizations, such as Beansprout Networks. Prior to joining Equinox in March, 2007, he served as Senior Managing Director with The Hermes Group LLC, a merchant banking and corporate advisory firm providing strategic advisory services, including interim executive management, acquisition and divestiture services. Prior to his work with Hermes, he was general manager and vice president of Quintiles, a $2 billion pharmaceutical services firm. Bob holds a BS degree in Natural Sciences from St. John's University, Collegeville, MN and an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.
